Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped in the order they are received within 3 business days of order receipt. All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages are shipped Monday through Friday only; thus, any orders placed after 4:00 PM Central Standard Time on Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday morning.

Tracking information will be sent to your email address once the items have shipped. 

If your order is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, please contact pmmlshop@pritzkermilitary.org  or call 312-374-9333.  We are available Monday-Saturday  10:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST.
